Are the watches genuine?

Yes. All our watches are meticulously inspected inside and out, under high magnification, to spot any indication that a watch might be fake. When the information is available, we will also cross-reference our watches against official brand records. Unless otherwise stated all the watches listed on the website are supplied with the original box and papers so that their provenance and authenticity are beyond doubt.

 

Is it possible to view a watch in person prior to purchasing?

Yes, this can be arranged but you would need to travel to Cardiff as this is where the watches are stored. If you would like to arrange a viewing please submit your contact information here.

 

How are your watches delivered?

We include free delivery with all our watches. We prefer to hand delivery our watches but this depends on the location of the customer. If the distance makes hand delivery unfeasible we will use a premium courier service to ensure that your watch arrives on time and intact.

 

Do you offer watch servicing and repairs?

Yes. Prices start at £200 and vary depending on the make and model of the watch, as well as what needs replacing. If you would like to arrange a service or repair please submit your contact information and a description of the watch here. Please include the make, model, year of manufacture and any other relevant information about the watch.
